With two factories totaling 9,000㎡, we achieve a monthly production capacity of up to 8 million speaker units, covering micro speakers, full-range drivers, tweeters, and custom speaker solutions.
We implement a strict quality control system supported by ERP/MES software for full production traceability, ensuring high consistency and reliability across every batch.

ZEH has a team of experienced ID and mechanical design engineers who can quickly complete 3D modeling, mold design, and mold flow analysis based on clients’ appearance, structural, assembly, and tolerance requirements, ensuring a high first-pass success rate for molds.
Our in-house mold manufacturing center supports precision steel molds, two-color molds, and hot-runner molds, with the flexibility to modify molds rapidly to match product updates.
