Our speaker production lines are equipped with advanced automated equipment, including high-speed diaphragm assembly machines, precision coil winding equipment, and fully automated gluing and terminal welding systems.
With two factories totaling 9,000㎡, we achieve a monthly production capacity of up to 8 million speaker units, covering micro speakers, full-range drivers, tweeters, and custom speaker solutions.
We implement a strict quality control system supported by ERP/MES software for full production traceability, ensuring high consistency and reliability across every batch.
R&D & Design Excellence
ZEH has a dedicated acoustic engineering team with over 10 years of experience specializing in speaker design, acoustic simulation, enclosure optimization, and fine-tuning. Our engineers collaborate closely with clients to develop custom speaker solutions tailored to specific frequency response, sensitivity, and sound signature requirements. We maintain an independent acoustic lab with state-of-the-art equipment—including B&K analyzers, anechoic chambers, artificial ear testers, and distortion measurement systems—to validate performance during development and mass production.After-Sales Support Advantage
